A family company, founded by Barry Dickinson almost half a century ago in Camden, New South Wales. Over the years, Barry and his family have worked tirelessly to deliver new homes that are built for success at an affordable price. We are committed to building the home of your dreams – either to live in or as an investment – across New South Wales. We have our own team of personally selected builders and tradesmen who work exclusively for Dickinson’s, which allows us to control the entire process, from start to completion.

RESIDENTIAL
Here at Dickinson, we cater for a wide range of clients, including first home buyers, to investors and multi-national corporations. Our friendly staff provide you with a high standard of customer service, with an emphasis placed on:

We are committed to:
- Providing you with a Fixed Price on a "Complete" product, without any unforeseen extra costs. Our clients are given a price that incorporates inclusions that other building companies regard as "extras" (e.g. landscaping, driveways, turf, letterbox, clothesline, pergola, footpaths, fencing, light fittings, TV aerial, floor coverings).
- Producing a high quality product, through our quality inclusions and the high standard of workmanship of our tradespeople. This, combined with our pricing, gives home buyers a product where there is much potential for capital gain.
- Completing construction in as short a time period as possible. We understand our client's desire to take possession as soon as possible, and our site supervisors are focused on achieving this goal. For example, we aim to build a traditional cottage in a maximum time of sixteen (16) weeks.

Dickinson Developments have developed both speculative and purpose built facilities for local and multinational corporations with varying budgets and specifications.
Our aim is to produce the best outcome for our clients from any development. We aim to meet the unique needs of each of our commercial clients by:
- Providing a quality product that meets operational demands and financial requirements of the client. Our clients are given a definite final price on a "finished" product, without any unforseen extra costs.
- Ensuring the design and location of the new facility assist the client's business to function profitably and efficiently. We spend a great deal of time with both design professionals and the client to ensure that the finished product will meet the client's expectations.
